Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

This 5-minute Pumpkin Spice Creamer recipe turns plain coffee into a cozy fall latte — no cooking required! Made with real pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, and warm spices, it’s rich, creamy, and irresistibly easy. Perfect for busy mornings or lazy weekends.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup half-and-half (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a mason jar or blender.
  2. Shake or blend until smooth and fully mixed.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to a week. Shake before each use.
