Roasted Tomato Burrata (Easy Holiday Appetizer!)
Warm roasted tomatoes over creamy burrata with a drizzle of balsamic — simple, cozy, and ridiculously crowd-pleasing. This is the kind of appetizer that looks fancy, takes almost no effort, and disappears fast at holiday parties!
Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 ball burrata
- Fresh basil, torn
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast 12–15 minutes until soft and lightly blistered.
- Place burrata in a shallow bowl or serving dish.
- Spoon warm roasted tomatoes over the burrata.
- Add torn basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
