Pumpkin Honey Butter

Pumpkin Honey Butter is whipped, sweet, and ridiculously easy. With just pumpkin purée, honey, cinnamon, and butter, you’ll have a creamy spread that tastes gourmet but comes together in minutes. Perfect on toast, pancakes, biscuits—or straight off the spoon. Recipe below!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin purée
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (plus more to taste)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Add pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Tips

Spread it everywhere: Try it on biscuits, waffles, cornbread, or even stirred into oatmeal!
Storage: Keeps up to 1 week in the fridge—bring to room temp before spreading.
Add a twist: A pinch of nutmeg or cardamom gives it an extra flavor edge.
