Greek Horiatiki Salad

Key Ingredients:
- 4-5 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber (remove seeds)
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons oregano (fresh or dried)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 10-12 ounces feta cheese (the feta in the brine is best)
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Chop the tomatoes, green peppers and cucumbers into small chunks
- Slice onion into half moons
- Chop oregano (if using fresh)
- Chop feta into chunks
- Drizzle olive oil in
- Add salt and pepper
- Mix and enjoy!
Notes:
- Increase the amount of oregano for extra flavor! If using dried oregano, start with 4 tablespoons and increase based on taste preference.
- Experiment adding other things like pepperoncini, red pepper flakes, olives, red or yellow peppers, snap peas, Dill, etc..
