Pumpkin Tiramisu Cups

Pumpkin Tiramisu Cups are the no-bake fall dessert you didn’t know you needed. Layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and fluffy pumpkin cream come together in minutes—no oven, no fuss, just cozy pumpkin spice decadence in every bite. It’s the perfect make-ahead treat for parties, holidays, or when you’re craving something sweet but want it fast. Recipe below!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream or whipped topping
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon + nutmeg)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12–16 ladyfinger cookies
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee or espresso, cooled
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip cream (or fold in whipped topping) with pumpkin, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  2. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the cooled coffee (don’t soak or they’ll fall apart… yes, I learned this the hard way;).
  3. In small jars or cups, layer coffee-dipped ladyfingers, then a scoop of pumpkin cream. Repeat layers.
  4. Finish with pumpkin cream on top and a dusting of cocoa powder.
  5. Chill at least 1 hour before serving to get the best texture.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra indulgence: Add a splash of rum or coffee liqueur to the coffee.
  • Unique Flavor: Add in a few pinches of Cardamom to create a subtle, unexpected flavor profile!
  • Make-ahead: Assembles in 10 minutes and keeps 2–3 days chilled.
  • Serving idea: Garnish with shaved chocolate or crushed gingersnaps.
