Pumpkin Fluff
Pumpkin Fluff is light, creamy, and dangerously easy to whip up. It starts with real pumpkin blended with silky vanilla pudding and cozy pumpkin pie spice, then gets folded into a cloud of whipped topping for that irresistible, mousse-like texture. The result? A fluffy, spiced dip that tastes like pumpkin pie filling without the work — perfect with graham crackers, cookies, or a spoon straight from the bowl. Recipe and video included below!
Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 (5-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or substitute with Âľ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice + ÂĽ teaspoon ground cardamom)
- 1 (16-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice (and cardamom, if using) until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving (overnight is even better for flavor).
Tips & Variations
- Try a touch of cardamom: it adds a citrusy, floral note that takes this fluff beyond basic pumpkin spice.
- Taste and adjust spice based on your preference — add extra pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger if you like it bolder.
- For a lighter version, swap in sugar-free pudding or light whipped topping.
- Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or apple slices for dipping.
- Use as a pie filling or layer in parfait cups with crushed cookies or Nilla Wafers for an easy no-bake dessert.
- The flavors deepen the longer it rests in the fridge, so go for an overnight chill if you want maximum pumpkin pie vibes!
