  • 1 can (16 oz) of refried beans
  • 2 packets of taco seasoning
  • 2-3 cups of guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup of corn (frozen/thawed or canned, drained)
  • 1–2 jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 large tomato, diced

Optional Toppings

Instructions:

  • Mix refried beans with both packets of taco seasoning until fully combined.
  • Spread the seasoned beans evenly in the bottom of a serving dish or shallow bowl.
  • Spread the guacamole over the bean layer.
  • Top the guacamole with a thick layer of sour cream.
