Chewy Eggnog Cookies

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- ¼ cup eggnog
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in egg yolk and eggnog.
- Stir in dry ingredients until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls on parchment.
- Bake 350°F for 10–12 minutes — edges just barely set.
