Gooey Samoa Brownies
This Samoa brownies recipe video shows how to make rich, fudgy brownies with a gooey caramel and coconut filling in the center—fast, simple, decadent, and irresistibly delicious!
Recipe
Ingredients:
- Brownie box mix
- Oil/water/eggs as box recipe calls for (substitute coffee for water for extra rich flavor)
- 1.5 cups of unsweetened coconut
- 10 oz of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 four ounce Cadbury Caramello chocolate bars
Instructions:
- Mix box brownie batter as directed (use black coffee in place of water for a richer chocolate flavor)
- Pour ½ of the batter into a greased pan
- Layer the chocolate caramel squares on top of the batter
- Mix the unsweetened coconut with 10 oz of sweetened condensed milk
- Spread the coconut filling over the chocolate squares
- Pour the rest of the brownie batter on top of the filling and spread
- Bake for ~35 minutes until a toothpick in the center comes out with just a touch of batter on it (underbake a touch if you prefer extra gooey!)
- Serve slightly warm for epic, gooey deliciousness!!
Tips: Warm slightly and top with vanilla bean ice cream for mind-blowing excellence, or top with toasted coconut for extra richness and texture!
