Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ½ tsp matcha powder (for that rich Grinch green)
- 1 oz egg white or aquafaba
- Splash of warm water (to whisk matcha)
- Ice
- Mint or lemon peel, for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk the matcha with a splash of warm water until smooth and brightly green.
- Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha mixture, and egg white (or aquafaba) to a shaker.
- Dry shake (no ice) to build a fluffy Grinch-green foam.
- Add ice and shake again until chilled.
