  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (vanilla bean ice cream if you want an extra flavor boost!)
  • 1 cup apple pie filling (canned or homemade)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Drizzle of sea salt caramel for topping

Instructions

  1. Add ice cream, apple pie filling, milk, and cinnamon to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream.

Tips & Variations

  • Boost the pie vibe: Add crushed graham crackers or pie crust crumbles on top.
  • Garnish: Top with a Biscoff Cookie or some mini Nilla Wafers
  • Extra spice: A pinch of nutmeg and/or Cardamom makes it taste even cozier.
  • Boozy twist: Add 2 (or more;) ounces of spiced rum, Fireball cinnamon whiskey, or bourbon for a fabulously grown-up version.
