Christmas Spiced Champagne Sparkler Cocktail

This Holiday Spiced Champagne Sparkler is warm, bubbly, and beautifully festive — a Christmas cocktail made with Champagne, cozy spices, and a hint of citrus. It’s elegant, easy, and perfect for holiday parties, Christmas brunch, or sipping by the tree. Recipe included below!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz chilled Champagne or Prosecco
  • 1 oz spiced simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 1 oz apple cider (or pear juice for a lighter twist)
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Cinnamon stick or orange peel, for garnish

Spiced Simple Syrup

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 small strip of orange peel

Instructions

  • Warm the sugar and water in a small saucepan with the cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange peel until the sugar dissolves. Let cool completely, then strain.
  • Add the spiced simple syrup, apple cider (or pear juice), and a dash of orange bitters to the glass.
  • Top with chilled Champagne or Prosecco and give one gentle swirl.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a twist of orange peel.
  • Serve immediately while cold and bubbly!
